Kem Wilson, Jr. serves as President and Chairman of the Board for Wilson Hotel Management, LLC and Principal/Executive Vice President of Kemmons Wilson Companies, LLC. He is responsible for long range strategic planning, overall operations, business management and continuous evaluation of the Hotel Group’s operations.

Mr. Wilson serves on a multitude of business and civic association boards including being on the Board of Trustees for Furman University and on the Board of Visitors and the President’s Cabinet for the University of Alabama. Kem is Chairman of the Regions Financial Corporation/Morgan Keegan Memphis Advisory Board; on the Board of Directors of Quality Concrete, Hope Christian Community Foundation, Memphis Literacy Council, Baptist Memorial Healthcare Foundation, Country Place Ministries, Downline Ministries, Baddour Center, Faith Walk Center for Leadership and on the Board of Trustees for the Presbyterian Day School. He is also a member of the World Presidents’ Organization and the CEO Organization. Mr. Wilson is on the Board of Advisors for the Kemmons Wilson School of Hospitality and Resort Management at the University of Memphis and Chairman of the Fellows Program.

He is past President of the Memphis Alumni Chapter; past Board of Directors member for Regions Financial Corporation and past Board of Directors member for the Memphis Convention and Visitors Bureau. Kem also served on the Board of Directors for St. Joseph Hospital, Boys’ Club, and Emmaus and on the Board of Trustees for the Hutchison School. He has served as Chairman of the Young Presidents’ Organization, Rebel Chapter and President of the Liberty Bowl Classic.

As Vice President of Wilson Hotel Management, LLC, Spence Wilson is involved with and provides direction in arranging and developing the financing for current and potential hotel projects.

He also serves as President of Kemmons Wilson Companies, LLC and directs the growth of various companies in the timeshare, residential subdivision development and construction, financial, manufacturing and distribution areas. Mr. Wilson is active in the development and operation of the Kemmons Wilson Companies, LLC’s real estate ventures and is Chairman of the Board for Orange Lake Country Club, an award-winning timeshare resort in Orlando, Florida. His previous hotel work experience included the Holiday Inn Philadelphia Cityline; the Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport; the Holiday Inn Huntsville; and Orange Lake Country Club, an award-winning time share resort in Orlando, Florida.

Spence serves as Board Chair and Trustee of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee; Director of Regions Financial Corporation; Trustee of Bulab Holdings, Inc.; Director of the Thomas W. Briggs Foundation; a Trustee of Baptist Memorial Health Care System, Inc.; Board Member of DayJet Corporation; Director of the Kemmons Wilson Family Foundation; and a member of Memphis Tomorrow. Bob Wilson serves as Vice President of Wilson Hotel Management Company, Inc. and is involved and provides direction in the development and construction of hotels, condominiums and resorts.

He is also a Executive Vice President of Kemmons Wilson Companies, LLC, where his responsibilities include most of the companies’ construction activities in real estate syndication, single family housing, office buildings, and aircraft hangar facilities. Mr. Wilson is responsible for Kemmons Wilson’s property management activities and is President of Wilson Air Center, a fixed-based operation for corporate and small plane services. For the past seven years, Wilson Air Center – Memphis has held the coveted #1 FBO in the Americas award voted on and determined by pilots and patrons of FBOs across the country and sponsored by Aviation International News magazine. Recently, the Wilson Air Center has expanded to Charlotte, North Carolina and Houston, Texas.

As Executive Vice President of Wilson Hotel Management, LLC, Jim oversees the operations of all hotels under the umbrella of the hotel group. With over 20 years experience in the hotel business, Mr. O’Brien’s expertise lies in the areas of asset/liability management; sales and marketing strategies; owner reporting; accounting procedures design and implementation; system analysis; data processing coordination; strategic financial planning; internal control design and implementation; cash management; hotel operations and labor controls; market planning and segmentation; and pre-opening, new acquisition, and conversion construction. Mr. O’Brien has designed and prepared several RFP’s for selected projects and holds a Tennessee Real Estate License.

Some of Mr. O’Brien’s previous experience included an extensive background in chain-affiliated hotels as well as independently owned facilities such as the Peabody Hotel in Memphis; the Bahia Mar Hotel and Yachting Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and the Boca Raton Hotel and Club in Boca Raton, Florida. Jim is a past member of the Southern Regional Committee, the Holiday Inn Express committee, and a current member of the Holiday Inn Committee for the International Association of Holiday Inns. Jim is a member of St. Brigid’s Catholic Church and has been recognized by St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for his volunteer work at the Memphis Grizzlies House in Memphis, Tennessee. Jim is also on the Board of the Colonial TownPark Owner’s Association. He is also an affiliate real estate broker in the State of Tennessee.

As a Vice President for Kemmons Wilson, Inc., McLean will focus his time on KW Real Estate Ventures and the Wilson Air Center.

Prior to joining the family business, McLean, during his summer internship at business school, worked as a Strategy Intern for Tanner & Haley Resorts, a luxury resort hospitality company, located in Westport, CT. Prior to this position, for four years he was a Financial/ Development Associate with Kane Realty Corporation, a Raleigh, NC real estate re-development company specializing in urban, mixed-use projects. Previous experience also include: Western Wyoming High School in Jackson, WY as a high school math teacher, and Spaulding & Slye Colliers International in Washington, D.C. as a commercial broker.

Through the Tuck School of Business, McLean has served and participated in the Real Estate Club, the Private Equity Club, the Sustainability Club, and Tuck Volunteers. In Raleigh, his activities included being a member of Endeavor Leadership and a tutoring for Host Mentoring.

At the University of Virginia, he served as an Honor Advisor, the President of the University of Virginia's Christian Fellowship program, Program Director of the UVa Big Sibling Program, Founder of the Uva chapter of the Headstart Program, and Owner and Co-President of a soft drink beverage distribution company for the Virginia Student Services.

In his free time, McLean spends his time fly-fishing, backpacking, kayaking, skiing, hiking, traveling, and piloting a plane. McLean is married to Libby Wilson from Falls Church, VA.

As Corporate Director of Human Resources, Vickie oversees the employment aspects of the hotel operations. With over 20 years experience in hospitality human resources, thirteen of which were with Holiday Inns parent company, Ms. Bradley has researched and written several policy and procedures manuals, employee handbooks, orientation programs, employee newsletters, and various other program segments. She has designed and implemented a system-wide drug free workplace initiative; standardized orientation program for newly-hired employees; and developed and monitored an employee grievance program. Ms. Bradley’s strengths lie in the investigation, mediation and resolution of workplace issues; the managing of federal, state, and local employment law statutes; design and implementation of compensation programs; safety compliance programs; benefits administration and design; and training programs.

She is a certified instructor with Dimension Development, Inc.; a Certified Human Resource Executive through the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association; and an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Network of Executive Women in Hospitality (NEWH). Vickie serves as the Committee Chairperson for the Kemmons Wilson Family Foundation’s Community Service Committee.

Vickie has been recognized by various charitable organizations for her volunteer efforts. She attends Getwell Road United Methodist Church, where she taught junior high Sunday school for six years; currently serves on the Staff/Parish Relations Committee; as Lay Leader for one of the worship services; and leads the Prayer Team for the Stewardship Campaign, as well as working on fund-raising efforts for congregational foreign missions.

Jerry serves as Assistant Controller and handles the areas of internal control management; financial forecasting and computer modeling; asset and liability management; cash flow analysis; supervision of accounting support staff; and financial and management reporting systems. He serves as the accountant for multiple hotels under the WHMC umbrella. Mr. Jacocks joined the company in 1980 and his experience with multiple accounting venues has afforded him great expertise in hotel back office accounting systems and internal controls.
